The fees include such services as tuition, full board, accommodation, accident insurance, leisure and sports facilities and activities, laundry and ironing of professional clothing, administration costs, taxes, administration charges for visa and work permit, membership of the Glion Alumni Association after graduation, professional orientation program and advice, etc. Tuition amounts vary considerably but a range for an undergraduate degree are an estimated to be $US 72,000 a year which includes, tuition, room, and board. Graduate fees are an estimated $US 35,000 (1.5 years). When you request information on a particular university a fee schedule will be provided by CIS. In addition to the tuition fees, you will want to be prepared for the other costs associated with traveling abroad such as travel expenses, meals (if you are not on a meal plan), local transportation, spending money, etc. To find out the exact cost of your program, click on the following link: http://www.glion.edu/content.cfm?pageID=303 (This page will open in a new window). |

The international student body represents more than 65 nationalities. To help them integrate when new students first arrive, they have an induction week where staff, faculty and returning students help new comers to familiarize themselves with their new environment. Both campuses have a social, sport coordinator who organizes all sorts of events on and off campus. Social and sports activities are plentiful. In Glion, there is a brand new fitness center with cardio and body building equipment as well as a gymnasium. In Bulle, students have free access to a fitness center and tennis courts. In addition, sport teams are created each semester to develop team spirit and include soccer, volleyball, basketball and rowing teams. |

We believe that living in an international community, learning about others' cultures, and respecting others' differences are all part of developing students' personal skills. That is why they normally reside on campus. Students generally share double rooms, which are included in the fees, but single rooms or studios are available for an additional fee. Rooms are well designed and furnished to cater to their needs. Accommodation is either on campus or within a few minutes' walk from the campus. |
